1.  Please find attached document which may be of use to you and the members of your scheme.

2.  As you are aware, registered Neighbourhood Watch Schemes are covered by a Public Liability Insurance provided through the Home Office.  Whilst not yet formally confirmed, it is anticipated that this will continue for the next financial year.  Providing the policy is renewed watches will be covered for organising, arranging and hosting specified events (including street parties) with up to 500 attendees.  We will update you as soon as we have any confirmation of next year's policy but if you are arranging a street party you may also find the following website of assistance: www.streetparty.org.uk
